## About the Role:
We are looking for a **CRM & Growth Manager - Credit** to drive customer engagement, retention, and product growth through data-driven CRM strategies. This role will own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing journey by designing and executing personalized campaigns across multiple CRM channels, optimizing customer journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user engagement, conversions, and business outcomes.
## Key Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end CRM strategy and execution across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and RCS to drive user engagement, retention, and product growth.
* Design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns, including drip campaigns and drop-off journeys, to improve user activation, conversions, and DAU/WAU/MAU.
* Monitor and optimize campaign performance by tracking key metrics such as delivery rate, CTR, open rate, and conversion rate, ensuring timely and efficient campaign execution.
* Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Business, Analytics, and Creative teams to build data-driven CRM initiatives aligned with customer insights, business goals, and product launches.
* Continuously experiment through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and lifecycle automation to improve customer engagement and maximize campaign effectiveness.
## Qualifications / Skills / Experience Expected:
* 4-6 years of experience in CRM, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.)
