People Operations Specialist – Compliance & Governance About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Specialist – Compliance & Governance to support efficient, compliant, and employee-centric People Operations in a fast-paced global technology environment. This role will play a key part in strengthening People Operations governance, supporting IPO readiness initiatives, ensuring audit preparedness, and driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. The individual will partner closely with People, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams to maintain strong controls, enhance compliance, and deliver a seamless employee experience.
